Hey VRML Community! We're excited to announce our upcoming T-Shirt Design Contest! This is your chance to show off your creativity and possibly see your design featured at VRML Con 2024.

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: June 12, 2024 11:59 PM
• Voting Period: June 13-17, 2024.
• Winner Announcement: Third week of June, during a live stream.

Contest Rules & Guidelines:

• Eligibility: Open to all VRML community members.
• Submission Limit: Up to 3 designs per participant.
• Design Requirements:
  • Quality: High resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Size: Must fit within a standard t-shirt print area (e.g., 12" x 16").
  • Logo: Must prominently feature the VRML logo.
  • Appropriateness: No offensive language or imagery.
  • Relevance: Must relate to VRML and its leagues.
  • Base Color: Choose any base color that complements the VRML logo colors.
  • Copyrights: Designs must not feature copyrighted designs or logos.

Submission Process:

• Where to Submit: Send your designs to: Email will be added later!
• Moderation: Designs will be reviewed for adherence to rules before community voting.

Voting and Selection:

• Voting Mechanism: Community members vote online.
• Final Decision: Top 3 designs reviewed by the VRML executive team to select the winner.

Prizes:

• Winner: Receives a free ticket or reimbursement to the next VRML event and a free t-shirt featuring their winning design.
• Runners-up: Official VRML merchandise.
