Map 1 started off with a bang on Bazaar with some great back and forth rounds between Globochem and Mayhem, but a cap in Round 4 by Globo kicked off the series with a 4-1 victory for them on Bazaar.

Moving on to map 2, Globo capitalized on the momentum and chose Tanker, which is one of their best maps and certainly a map that Mayhem need to work on. Mayhem were able to pick up a point, but Globo displayed their tactical strength with some great coordination and strong plays that cemented a series victory of 4-1 on tanker for Globo.

Map 3 was on Quarantine (Mayhem’s pick) and things were not looking good for Mayhem, with a score of 3-1 against them it was looking like Globo may seal the series in a 3-0 win, but Mayhem finally got their butts in order and clapped back with 4 unanswered points to win back map 3 and end the series with at least one map victory against Globochem.
